
My Story
I'm Brandon Jones, Founder of Rocketship Revenue.
I started Rocketship Revenue after my time in venture capital, where I advised dozens of high-growth tech companies on go-to-market and revenue system challenges. Through that work, I began to recognize consistent patterns among companies that scaled efficiently — they invested early in scalable GTM systems, built simple repeatable processes, and established forecasting models that leadership could trust.
Rocketship Revenue was my way of packaging those lessons into practical frameworks, templates, and operational playbooks for revenue teams looking to accelerate growth. Since 2019, I’ve had the privilege of partnering with revenue leaders across the US and EU to assess, design, and implement scalable RevOps foundations that enable predictable growth.
The high-performing revenue teams all had three things in common: scalable GTM tech systems, simple and repeatable sales and marketing processes, and as a result, highly predictable revenue forecasting models in place. I synthesized my observations into what became Rocketship Revenue, packaged into Rev Ops best practices, processes, and templates for building a best-in-class revenue engine to power exceptional growth.
To date, I've had the privilege of partnering with revenue leaders across the US and EU to assess, recommend, and implement my Rocketship Revenue programs.
